| Corporate Presentation Guidelines
All presentations shall be no more than 12 minutes in length. This will allow time to set up and change equipment between presentations.
Each company is free to structure its presentation as they see fit. But we recommend the following structure:
OPENING (approx. 2-4 minutes)

Introduction of the company and presenter
- Overview of the industry
COMPANY INFORMATION (approx. 4-7 minutes)
- History of the company
- Company's strategic objectives
- Current markets
- Product information
- Financial information, if applicable
CLOSING REMARKS (approx. 2-4 minutes)
- Outlook for the future of the industry
- Future company outlook
- Summary
Question and Answer
- Because of the conference time constraints, a Red Herring representative will monitor the elapsed time to insure that no presentation exceeds the specified time limit. Time limits will be strictly enforced.
- We do not need the presentation in advance and ask that you please bring your own laptop to drive the presentation.
- An overhead machine, slide projector and color LCD projector (compatible with both VGA and Mac input) will be available in all conference rooms.
